Love him or hate him, Jeffree slayed the liquid lipstick game this year, and his Holiday collection was a reflection of this. Containing 2 mauve shades ('deceased' and 'sagittarius') , a reddish orange ('checkmate'), a dusty orange ('pumpkin pie'), a light pink nude ('chrysanthemum'), a deep red ('designer blood') and in true Jeffree style, a deep green ('crocodile tears').

I picked up the full collection in the Holiday pack (USD $99), containing all shades. Unlike the summer collection, I found that these shades were far more wearable. I have been reaching for 'deceased' and 'pumpkin pie' this holiday season and will continue to do so in the future. When I feel like wearing a brighter colour, I've also been wearing 'checkmate', as it resembles 'Anna Nicole' (the perfect red/orange shade I'm dying to get my hands on).

In terms of the formulation, as usual Jeffree has kept it consistant. As I've said before, Jefree Star Cosmetics liquid lipstick formulas are among my favourites - in this collection I found that most shades applied opaquely, with the exception of 'Chrysanthemum' - which was intended to be a sheerer and glittery light pink.

L to R: Chrysanthemum, Sagittarius, Deceased, Pumpkin Pie, Checkmate, Designer Blood, Crocodile Tears.
