After seeing Juvia's Place eyeshadow palettes all over youtube, I got my hands on their 'Nubian 2' palette'. It took about 3 weeks to get to me (In Australia), but it was well worth the wait.

All shadows are extremely pigmented (especially their metallic shades), smooth, and last for a long time on the lids. The shades 'Sheba' (bronze gold metallic), 'Yaa' (copper metallic) and 'Jezebel' (burgandy/plum matte) are some of my favourites, as well as 'Morocco' (orange matte) and 'Zuri' (light champagne shimmer - perfect for the inner corner).

The colour range in this palette was well thought out, with plenty of warm toned 'on trend' shades and a reasonable number of mattes. The shades that act as a 'pop of colour' / that stand out in this palette including 'Cleopatra' (blue) and 'Egypt' (green) work well with the other shades included and can easily be incorporated into any look with the other shades.

The quality of the eyeshadows is consistent across all shades, and I haven't found any shades that are disappointing. Also, the pan sizes are generous, and there isn't a lot of fallout (even with the more metallic / glittery shades).

Pigmentation - 10/10

Colour range / versatility - 8/10

Affordability - 6/10

Packaging - 7/10 (kind of wish it had a mirror)

(Swatches from top to bottom: Morocco, Madagascar, Sheba, Yaa, Jezebel, Zuri, Cleopatra, Neferiti, Nairobi, Leyla, Egypt, Kenya.)
